It was excellent to have Joe from Anxiety Uncovered deliver a guest talk on public speaking and anxiety. He spoke about his own personal story of being stabbed on a stag do and how after a career in comedy, TV and showbiz he started to experience real anxiety. He passed on real lessons that transfer into the workplace to our young people, they loved his enthusiasm and energy.
