Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.
Toby has worked in the charity and youth sector for over 10 years and is passionate about inspiring the next generation to fulfil their potential. He has qualifications in Youth Work and FA Coaching, as well as extensive training in providing youth-focused mental health support and specialises in launching new youth provision and driving uptake of youth provision.
He has a strong background in working with young people from challenging contexts and backgrounds having worked with national charities like the Prince’s Trust, and delivered outreach activities for the hardest to reach young people across the East of England.
Having worked quite broadly over a large geography in the past few years, he’s excited about working in Peterborough again and believes the House Project is an incredible offer for care leavers. It’s particularly a privilege to be part the team starting the first House Project in the East of England
