Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.
Toby has worked in the charity and youth sector for over 10 years and is passionate about inspiring the next generation to fulfil their potential. He has qualifications in Youth Work and FA Coaching, as well as extensive training in providing youth-focused mental health support and specialises in launching new youth provision and driving uptake of youth provision.
He has a strong background in working with young people from challenging contexts and backgrounds having worked with national charities like the Prince’s Trust, and delivered outreach activities for the hardest to reach young people across the East of England.
Having worked quite broadly over a large geography in the past few years, he’s excited about working in Peterborough again and believes the House Project is an incredible offer for care leavers. It’s particularly a privilege to be part the team starting the first House Project in the East of England

Valpak by Reconomy has partnered with the Coventry House Project to provide white goods to young people leaving care to move into their own homes.

As part of the National House Project framework, each young person has to cook a meal for the rest of the group. This was the first 'Cook and Share' for 2025 and two of our young people stepped into the kitchen to ensure nobody went hungry. It was a great success, after a couple of mistakes with measurements both our young people delivered a lovely Macaroni Cheese for the whole group.
