Project leads manage the project, staff and build relationships with partners.
Driven by a passion for supporting vulnerable young people, Hayley brings extensive experience from the education sector, including leadership as a Deputy Headteacher and Inclusion Manager. Her transition to working with care-experienced young people in a virtual school solidified her commitment to working within this field.
A certified 'Trauma and Mental Health Informed Schools and Communities' practitioner, Hayley prioritises building meaningful relationships to help young people overcome their personal challenges. She is honoured and privileged to lead The House project in Peterborough, where she aims to make a significant positive impact on the lives of its young residents.
